MilliScan attended the From Ideas to Impact® Demo Day
MilliScan team recently attended and demonstrated their mmWave imaging technology at the From Ideas to Impact® Demo Day organized by Aalto University Startup Center (ASUC). The event was designed to bring together investors, startup companies and technology enthusiasts. ASUC is a hybrid accelerator offering its own incubator and accelerator services, as well as several partnership programs. Its focus is on sustainable research-based and innovative deep-tech startups. It operated under Aalto University.
MilliScan was proud to present the latest developments in their imaging technology, including developments in image resolution, high frame rates, and simplicity of the hardware. Our imaging technology impressed many visitors and generated lively discussions around its potential impact on various industries. This technology has a wide range of applications, from food quality control to security screening and industrial inspection.
MilliScan’s primary market segment is security screening, with people screening applications benefiting the most from our imaging technology. As the technology does not pose any harm and it is ideal for detecting dangerous and illicit items concealed under clothing.
